10 K-pop Boy Groups Who Made Most Buzz in February 2024: SEVENTEEN, RIIZE, More!

February has now started, and various K-pop idols have made buzz already with their activities, music releases, and social media presence.

To measure their popularity, the Korean Business Research Institute officially released its brand reputation ranking list, which now involves all K-pop male groups in the Korean music industry.

The data was also gathered from January 10 to February 10, and the results were analyzed based on numerous factors related to exposure and trends.

Here are the 10 most popular K-pop boy groups in February 2024!

1.    SEVENTEEN

SEVENTEEN dominated the list after receiving a brand reputation index of 5,896,081. Moreover, the No. 1 spot was defended by SEVENTEEN after the boy group had dethroned BTS’s record of five and a half years on the top.

With their tour announcements, content, and social media updates, CARATs have had an exciting month with the group’s activeness in the industry.

2.    RIIZE

RIIZE garnered a brand reputation index of 4,255,165, which placed them on No. 2. The boy group is busy establishing themselves as one of fifth-gen’s notable K-pop acts, and this is apparent in their content, songs, and schedules.

THE BOYZ made it on third place after receiving a brand reputation index of 3,263,313 for the month of February.

4.    BTS

With a brand reputation index of 2,835,330, K-pop’s biggest boy group BTS made it on fourth place. 

5.    NCT

NCT managed to collect a brand reputation index of 2,737,828, leading them to round up the top five.

6.    EXO

In sixth place, EXO claimed the spot after gathering a brand reputation index of 2,383,264.

7.    Super Junior

Super Junior placed No. 7 with a brand reputation index of 2,380,124. Moreover, the group made buzz for debuting its newest and sixth sub-unit Super Junior L.S.S, which consists of members Leeteuk, Shindong, and Siwon.  

8.    Stray Kids

Stray Kids successfully secured eighth place after receiving a brand reputation index of 2,187,670.

9.    ZEROBASEONE

In No. 9, fifth-gen project boy group ZEROBASEONE received a brand reputation index of 1,744,027.

10.  BTOB
