According to YG Entertainment on Oct 12, 2NE1 will add concerts in Manila, Philippines on Nov 17 and Jakarta, Indonesia on Nov 22 as part of their “2024-25 2NE1 ASIA TOUR [WELCOME BACK]”. Tickets for the original dates sold out quickly, prompting the addition of one more show in each city.
With this expansion, 2NE1 will now meet fans across 9 cities with 17 shows. The continuous increase in the tour’s scale reflects 2NE1’s enduring global influence and powerful ticket-selling capabilities.
In fact, the earlier Seoul concerts sold out even after adding extra shows and opening up restricted-view seats. Similarly, the 6 concerts in Kobe and Tokyo for their Japan tour also sold out, including the newly added dates.
At their recent Seoul concerts, 2NE1 showcased their fierce performances and seasoned stage presence, reaffirming their status as a “legendary girl group”. With music that holds cherished memories for many, they plan to continue captivating global fans as they extend their tour across Asia.
Meanwhile, 2NE1 kicked off the Asia tour successfully with their Seoul concerts on Oct 4, 5 and 6 at Olympic Hall, Olympic Park in Bangi-dong, Seoul. They will next bring the excitement to Manila, Jakarta, Kobe, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei.
