Super Junior’s Leeteuk has issued a stern warning to a sasaeng fan who trespassed into his home for the second time, sparking a new wave of concern among netizens.
In particular, on April 10, 2025, the K-pop star took to Instagram to express his frustration, stating, “There was a person who broke into my house. It’s shocking that there are still insane sasaeng (obsessive) fans these days. This is already the second time”, adding, “If it happens again, I will reveal their personal information and report them to the police.”
Leeteuk has previously voiced concerns about invasive fan behavior. In 2017, he pleaded with fans to stop calling him at dawn, highlighting the ongoing challenges idols face with obsessive fans.
The incident has sparked discussions online, with many netizens expressing disbelief that such invasions of privacy continue in 2025. Under a related topic on Korean forum “instiz”, people have left comments such as, “Those crazy fans are still invading celebrities’ houses?”, “Just report them, don’t hold back on these criminals”, “Wow, it is 2025 already and yet sasaengs fans are still doing shit like this?”, and “Wow, he is still being bothered by sasaengs at this stage of his career? Hasn’t it been 20 years already?”
As Super Junior approaches their 20th debut anniversary with plans for a comeback album and special events, fans hope that Leeteuk and other idols can celebrate without further incidents.
