VIDEO: Actress Anna Umemiya Shares Her Painful Journey with Cancer ‘I Cry Everyday’

Japanese actress Anna Umemiya, 52, has shared her pain in heart-touching footage that has emerged online. The Beauty Seven and Remote actress revealed her struggle with breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with in July, disclosing that she had stage II invasive lobular carcinoma. 

The footage showed the visibly emotional actress crying in her car, revealing that she cries every day due to the struggle with the side effects her medication subjects her to. 

The mother of one said that the stress has prevented her from seeing people.”I’ve only been wandering around alone.”

“I cry everyday. Crying is good because it makes me feel refreshed,” said the actress.

The actress who started noticing that something was wrong with her breasts in May disclosed in October that the disease has spread to her lymph nodes.

Her fans flooded her Instagram page to encourage her, and it was messages of goodwill from across the world as they encouraged her to stay strong in the fight.

One of her fans wrote, “You’re not alone.” Anna has been receiving treatment for her disease and is said to have lost his hair.

The former fashion model announced that she will not give up the fight for her life. Anna’s father who was also in the acting industry, Tatsuo Umemiya, passed away in 2019 after a protracted cancer battle.
