As of October 17, Han So-hee’s latest social media post has accumulated more than 6,000 comments. These include various speculative hate comments such as, “So, even celebrities leave hate comments on other celebrities,” “Did you really leave hate comments from your private account?” and “Stop harassing Hye-ri,” turning the comment section into chaos.
This stems from the recent controversy surrounding the “Hye-ri malicious commenter” allegation. On the 16th, claims emerged online that the account of the person who left malicious comments on Hye-ri’s social media was actually Han So-hee’s private account.
The commenter left malicious remarks targeting Hye-ri, such as, “Even if your sister (Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-girlfriend, Hye-ri) and Ryu (Han So-hee’s ex-boyfriend, Ryu Jun-yeol) combined, they couldn’t surpass Han So-hee,” “You thought you could gain 17 million followers with that level of intelligence,” and “Thanks to Han So-hee, Hye-ri got a lot of likes for the first time in a while. Though they’ve all disappeared now.”
The suspicion that the commenter was Han So-hee arose because Jeon Jong-seo, known to be close friends with Han So-hee, was following the account when it had only four followers. Additionally, the account was created in March when rumors about Ryu Jun-yeol and Hye-ri’s “relationship drama” surfaced, and Han So-hee had previously uploaded the same photo as the account’s profile picture on her social media. The account also followed Han So-hee’s stylist, further fueling speculation.
In response, Jeon Jong-seo’s side stated, “It’s difficult to confirm as it’s a personal matter,” while Han So-hee’s side denied the allegations, stating, “This is not Han So-hee’s private account.”
Later, Han So-hee’s representatives released a second official statement, declaring, “If this turns out to be false, we will take full legal responsibility,” once again denying that the account belonged to Han So-hee. Despite her clarification, netizens are treating it as a fact that Han So-hee left malicious comments about Hye-ri, continuing their attacks. Some comments have crossed the line, drawing criticism for their extreme nature.
Unlike in past controversies, where Han So-hee has directly communicated with her fans via social media to express her frustration, she remains silent on this matter.
