An interview video of a young Japanese couple, which was uploaded to TikTok a few months ago, has recently gained attention on domestic online communities such as FM Korea.
The couple was seen standing in front of a concert venue in Japan. The husband’s t-shirt, emblazoned with the lettering “Team Twice,” suggests that the couple are devoted fans of the multinational K-pop girl group TWICE.
Sure enough, when asked about their favorite members, the husband responded with a bright smile, saying, “I’m a fan of Dahyun,” while his wife smiled and said, “I’m a fan of Sana.”
However, when asked why he was a fan of Dahyun, the husband gave an unexpected answer: “Because she looks like my wife.”
Upon closer inspection, it’s clear that the wife indeed bears a striking resemblance to Dahyun, from her head shape to her facial features and body type. Her eyes and nostrils are particularly similar. Even the way her eyes curve when she smiles is identical. Their fair skin is another common feature. Overall, their youthful appearance and general aura are remarkably alike.
