SNSD Rumored to Attend as Whole Group at SMTOWN LIVE 2025 — Here Are Details

OG SM Entertainment artists will once again reunite in a family concert! To commemorate the label’s 30th anniversary, SMTOWN Live will be held in Seoul, North America, and Europe next year. Will Girls’ Generation attend?

In the official statement released by SM, the agency confirmed that its annual family concert, “SMTOWN LIVE 2025” will finally return next year at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on January 11th and 12th.

In particular, SMTOWN artists will once again meet Pink Bloods (SM fans) in South Korea in approximately 2 years and 5 months since its last concert, “SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS @HUMAN CITY_SUWON” held in Suwon.

K-media noted:

“Since this concert is to commemorate SM’s 30th anniversary in February 2025, it is rumored that ALL of its affiliated artists will gather together.”

The concert will prepare a stage that will showcase the heritage SM has built for three decades not only in Seoul but during its upcoming tour in North America and Europe as well.

The ticket selling for its Seoul stop will start next month and more details are set to be revealed on SM Entertainment’s official SNS.

In the meantime, the label dropped a teaser image on Oct. 23rd with the title, “SMTOWN LIVE 2025,” immediately sparking curiosity about which artists will join the tour, especially among the OG groups which most members already left SM like Super Junior, SHINee, Girls’ Generation and EXO.

Just then, SONEs raised anticipation and claimed that SNSD would most likely attend the concert as an eight-member group after Sublime, the current agency of Tiffany Young reposted SM’s tweet about the family concert.

On top of this, the members have been meeting each other frequently, raising suspicions that they are “cooking” something for the fandom.

While this is still a rumor, fans couldn’t contain their excitement as it has been about three years since SNSD last performed as a team as well for SMTOWN LIVE.
