New supernatural K-drama Family Plan reveals premiere date

Coupang Play’s highly anticipated K-drama Family Plan has been confirmed to premiere on November 29.  

Family Plan tells the story of a group of people with special abilities who disguise themselves as family members in order to survive and use unique methods to defeat the vicious criminals who threaten them. 

Bae Doo Na stars as Han Young Soo, a caring mother with extraordinary powers, while Ryu Seung Beom (Moving) plays Baek Cheol Hee, a somewhat timid father who showers his wife with endless love.  

Veteran actor Baek Yoon Shik (Noryang: Deadly SeaVagabond) takes on the role of Baek Gang Seong, a grumpy grumpy grandfather who deeply cares for his family. Lomon plays Baek Ji Hoon, the warm-hearted son, and rising star Lee Su Hyun plays Baek Ji Woo, the sensitive and prickly 17-year-old daughter. 

Family Plan is penned by Kim Jung Min, who crafted an inventive and unique worldview, while directors Kim Gok and Kim Sun, known for their sensational directing style, promise unexpected twists and a distinctive storyline. 

Family Plan will premiere on November 29. More news about the K-drama’s global OTT service is yet to come.
