G-Dragon appeared on the tvN program You Quiz on the Block on the 30th, drawing attention with his polished suit and a daisy-shaped brooch, a symbol of his fashion brand PEACEMINUSONE, pinned to his chest. Paired with a red tie and sky-blue nail polish, he showcased his signature “fashion icon” flair.
The highlight of his look was the brooch, a special collaboration between G-Dragon and Jacob & Co. Shaped like a daisy missing one petal, the brooch is crafted from 18K white gold, adorned with 9.31 carats of white diamonds, 1.94 carats of yellow sapphires, and 4.2 carats of tsavorite.
When G-Dragon first met jewelry designer Jacob Arabo, he gifted him a daisy lapel pin from PEACEMINUSONE, which Jacob then transformed into this opulent piece. The brooch was sold at Pharrell Williams’ Jupiter Charity Auction this October for around 150 million won.
The suit, with its classic and sophisticated design, is from Ernest W. Baker, a brand founded in 2016 by an American and a Portuguese designer known for their modern reinterpretations of vintage clothing. G-Dragon’s suit, priced at 2.06 million won for the jacket and 1.09 million won for the pants, features a unique vertical stripe pattern that adds a touch of elegance.
Adding to the vintage vibe, he matched a floral-patterned tie on a red base under the blazer. He completed the look with Christian Louboutin’s “Orange Suede Loafers,” a discontinued item from his personal collection that he previously showcased on social media. The shoes are estimated to cost around 1.5 million won.
His fingers were adorned with several rings, including the Chanel Eternal No. 5, set with diamonds and engraved with Gabrielle Chanel’s lucky number 5, available in white gold for 14.7 million won and beige gold for 14 million won. Another eye-catching piece appeared to be the Pomellato Maxi Iconica color ring, valued in the tens of millions of won.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon donated his prize money of 1 million won from answering a question correctly on You Quiz to Just Peace, an anti-drug foundation he established.
After being cleared of drug use suspicions in December last year, G-Dragon officially announced the foundation and held its inaugural event on August 5, signaling its launch.
G-Dragon, who coined the name Just Peace by combining “Justice” and “Peace,” said, “Even if it’s not a grand concept of justice, rectifying misunderstandings and righting wrongs in our daily lives can be considered justice.”
He added, “There are many people who suffer from injustice, and in such cases, having someone who believes in them and stands by their side is essential. Yet, without such support, people endure even greater hardship,” explaining his motivation for establishing the foundation.
