In the 9th episode of the observational reality show “Now I’m Alone” airing on TV CHOSUN on Nov 5th, Jo Yoon-hee shares stories about her school days, during which she needed her mother’s affection and attention, with her older sister.
Jo Yoon-hee introduces her older sister, who is a year older, saying, “We lived together for a year and a half after the divorce, raising my daughter Roa.” During dinner, she reminisces “When I think of my daughter Roa, I remember my school days. That thought makes me sad“, reflecting on her lonely times. She also expresses her feelings of regret about needing her mother’s attention.
Growing up feeling small in an unharmonious household, young Jo Yoon-hee developed into an introverted adult. Her older sister, who knows Jo Yoon-hee’s personality well, wonders, “Where did she find the courage to get divorced?” Jo Yoon-hee reveals the source of the courage that led her to decide on divorce. She will also share her efforts to understand her indifferent mother after giving birth to her daughter Roa.
