Former Girl Group Rainbow’s Jaekyung Married Her Non-Celebrity Boyfriend Months Ago

Actress Jaekyung, formerly of the now-defunct girl group Rainbow, has married her non-celebrity boyfriend in a private ceremony.

The two tied the knot months ago at a small affair in Seoul attended by close friends and family, according to YTN on December 16th.

Jaekyung’s agency Namoo Actors released a statement on the same day, confirming the news.

“Kim Jaekyung has met a precious partner and, based on deep trust and affection, exchanged vows in a private ceremony attended by immediate family last summer,” the agency said.

“In respect of her spouse’s privacy as a non-celebrity, the wedding was held quietly.”

The agency doubled down on Jaekyung’s commitment to her acting career: “As an actress, she will continue to work hard to repay the love and support she has received with great performances and projects,” they said.

“Please join us in congratulating her and offering warm encouragement as she begins a new chapter in her life.”

The “I Said You’re The One” singer is the third member of her former groupmates to get married.

While fellow member Yoon Hye was initially deemed the third to wed when she married actor Ahn Jae Min in October, it has now been revealed that Jaekyung had married earlier with her summer ceremony.
