My Love from the Star
We begin with some classics that have our hearts forever; My Love from the Star was beautiful until the end and the chemistry between Kim Soo-hyun and Jun Ji-hyun was unlike any other. But when talking about this show, we cannot forget the way everything started for this couple. The head-on quarrels that led to their love story were entertaining and on point and we cannot stop thinking about these scenes that won our hearts back in 2013.
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha has to be one of our all-time favourites; be it the love shared between the couple who were literally destined to be together or the way they start off. Their bickering days were surely as entertaining as their dating days and we still cannot get over the fun chemistry the two shared on screen.
Doom at Your Service
Having enemies-to-lovers troupe with Doom himself isn’t very easy to digest, but when Doom comes looking like Seo In-guk, well that is a completely different matter. The chemistry shared between the lead couple is entertaining and even heartbreaking at many points, but the replies a dying woman gives to Myeol Mang make up for an interesting watch for everyone.
Touch Your Heart
The Goblin couple who secretly stole our hearts; Lee Dong-wook and Yoo In-na is a duo that we really needed another show with them as the lead couple and that is what we got in Touch Your Heart. The plot of this show is simple yet entertaining and we have loved the chaos shared by the two who slowly begin to understand and fall in love with each other. Truly one of our favourites on this list.
Secret Garden
Who can forget the iconic Kim Joo-won and Gil Ra-im whose relationship doesn’t simply start off as enemies, but as enemies who have swapped their bodies? This 2010 Kdrama has been a classic for fans around the world as the chaos surrounding this couple is top-notch and among the best out there. The troubles they face together and the understanding bond that they create is simply wonderful and one that becomes a beautiful love story.
Mr Queen
This show is absolute chaos as while the King has a very serious enmity with the Queen’s family, he cannot stop himself from falling for the woman who changed overnight. Meanwhile, Jang Bong-hwan may not have fallen for the King himself, but he surely eased the relationship between the royal couple during his time as the queen and we have truly loved the chaos he created in the palace that became the foundation for this love story.
Our Beloved Summer
Who can forget the unforgettable scene when Choi Woong sprayed water and salt on his ex-girlfriend Kook Yeon-soo who showed up at his door years after their break up? This show is another chaotic mess that we have loved in recent years and cannot get over the beautiful story the two end up sharing throughout their journey. They are hilarious and carry a chemistry that is undeniable.
Sh**ting Stars
From chasing Oh Han-byeol around the office for what she published about him to try to use every method to confess his feelings for her, Gong Tae-sung really worked hard to mend his relationship with her. And while the chaos was hilarious, we loved watching the two get over their differences and fall for each other so hard that they would do anything for each other.
Go Back Couple
Finally, we have the couple who fell in love and came to hate each other, only to return to loving each other again. Go Back Couple brings an entertaining story that is filled with changing emotions and a relationship of a typical husband and wife who came to hate each other because of the realities of life.
