Actor Kim Do-hoon has suffered a serious injury while filming his upcoming drama “Dear X,” raising concerns among fans and netizens, especially regarding the production’s lead actress, Kim Yoo-jung.
On March 24, Kim Do-hoon’s agency PEAK J Entertainment stated, “Kim Do-hoon suffered a forearm fracture on his left arm while riding a bike during the filming of the drama ‘Dear X.’”

The incident reportedly occurred during a practice session for one of the drama’s action scenes. According to the agency, the actor was immediately taken to the hospital, where he underwent surgery to treat the injury. He is currently hospitalized and focusing on his recovery. In “Dear X,” Kim Do-hoon plays the role of Kim Jae-oh, a key figure who supports Baek Ah-jin (played by Kim Yoo-jung). The series is said to include several action-packed sequences, and his role requires physical intensity.
