On March 24, Kim Do-hoon’s agency PEAK J Entertainment stated, “Kim Do-hoon suffered a forearm fracture on his left arm while riding a bike during the filming of the drama ‘Dear X.’”

According to the agency, the actor was immediately taken to the hospital, where he underwent surgery to treat the injury. He is currently hospitalized and focusing on his recovery.
