Tanya tells her that no matter whom she has created this opportunity for, it is the one who gets to use it that wins it all. Taealha then leaves and Yangcha arrives with news from Eunseom. Meanwhile, Tagon cannot stop hallucinating about his father and is unable to accept the worship of his subjects. He calls out for more drugs but the palace maids are scared to bring it to him; at this time Nunbyeol seizes the opportunity. She brings the drugs to him and when he asks if she too looks down upon his blood, she tells him that blood is blood and the colour doesn’t matter.

This surprises Tagon as his father’s image disappears and he slowly begins to wake up. Elsewhere, Tanya brings the sword to the temple and tells the people that the happenings in the past few days are the chaos sent by the gods. Now it is their duty to find the answer behind this chaos and to do this they need to leave behind the ostracizing behaviour that they have had towards strangers and those whom they think are lower to them.

Only by doing so will they get the answers that they seek and find blessings in these times. On the other hand, The Ago Union is in chaos as their horses are facing an epidemic while their Inaishingi is missing. Right then, news of the Inaishingi’s return spreads and everyone comes out to welcome their leader.

Saya is stunned by this welcome, especially because of the love and respect the Ago people hold for their Inaishingi. He soon assumes the role of Eunseom and to find out the names of the elders of the union, he shows gratitude to Chaeeun in front of them and asks them to do the same.

The trick works well but Saya does not stop here and makes use of the epidemic spreading among the horses to reveal the news of a spy in the Ago Union which creates tension and doubt among the people. Saya later tells Chaeeun that this is his way of causing chaos inside the Union so that he can return to his post and make use of this opportunity to win the battle.

However, he meets Ipsaeng when he returns to his hut and understands that Ipaseng is aware of his identity. Thus, he tricks Ipsaeng into harming him and tells everyone of his betrayal, naming him the spy who had leaked the news and caused harm to the horses. Ipsaeng screams that the one in front of them is a fake Inaishingi but no one believes him and ties him up.

On the other hand, Eunseom is worried after seeing the iron sword made by Yeolson and is no longer confident about being able to win against Arthdal. Back at the palace, Taealha calls for Dunji and threatens to kill him if he does not reveal information about Eunseom. Left with no choice, he tells her that Eunseom was part of the Wahan tribe and they had tried to kill him so that he would not harm the others.

However, they did not kill him but made sure that he would not return to Arthdal. Back at the Ago Union, Ipsaeng pleads to Badoru to go to the place where Eunseom is supposed to meet Shoreujagin. Badoru does so and there he meets Eunseom and tells of what has happened at the Ago Union. Eunseom tells him to not reveal this straight away but to go back to the tribe and lure Saya to him he gets the signal.

The next day, Tagon does not attend the court but goes to the temple where the sword is being kept. Seeing him there, Tanya feels that there is something wrong with him all she hears from him is a child’s cries. However, a smile hangs on Tagon’s face as he tells her that he has received no mission even after the sword has shown itself.

Tanya tries to appease him by saying that the mission will come to him but Tagon just smiles and discreetly mentions the sword, mirror and bells which alerts her. This leaves Taealha shattered but she regains composure and thinks of the future. Meanwhile, Ipsaeng finds a knife thrown by someone, frees himself and sneaks into Saya’s room.

He then attacks him but fails, instead, he harms the young girl serving Saya and is caught. However, Saya is surprised by the girl’s will to sacrifice for the Inaishingi and after rushing her to Chaeeun, he decides to really become the Inaishingi for these people. Later, he attends a meeting with the elders and finds out that weapons are being taken by the Arthdal soldiers. Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 6 Review

Arthdal Chronicles The Sword of Aramoon episode 6 has brought us to the end of the first half of the season and there is no doubt that there were quite a lot of squeals and gasps let out during these episodes. The end of this story has been laid out and now we will see the real change and chaos that will burn the lands after 200 years of “peace”.

The tyrant inside Tagon is finally born and there is no doubt that he has scared and offended quite some people in this episode. Meanwhile, Tanya’s plans for the future will no longer be as smooth as they had been this whole while and it will be a scene to watch how she repels Tagon’s forces henceforth.

On the other hand, Saya’s desire for Eunseom’s life has once again gained the upper hand and while this has not been long-lasting, the brothers’ reunion will surely bring more chaos but it surely won’t be this way for long.

Altogether, another wonderful weekend has come to an end and now we move towards the finale of the story of Arthdal.
