Soo-hyun is one of the strongest female leads of this year without a doubt, her motherly aura and power that stays with her until she gets the justice she deserves is truly inspiring. She is forgiving, strong, and without a doubt wonderful throughout the show. Her captivating aura comes from deep within her and we cannot stop loving her.

No In-ji (The Trunk)
One of the most talented yet eccentric female leads of this year has to be No In-ji, who holds herself with such confidence that we couldn’t stop ourselves from being captivated by her aura. The way she holds her aura and carries herself with grace is so beautiful that you feel yourself looking at her in every scene.
The Trunk follows the story of two people getting into a contract marriage and finding themselves heal from old wounds through each other. However, when a trunk is found in a lake, mysteries begin to unravel.
Jung Ji-ahn (A Shop for Killers)
We have to talk about this young actor who has truly outdone herself with this role in this year. Kim Hye-joon has taken over the spotlight from many other talents with her role as Ji-ahn and it all for the right reasons because the way she plays this role is truly stunning. He fluid action scenes and wonderful delivery of dialogues is something we cannot get over.
A Shop for Killers follows the story of a girl who young girl who is suddenly informed of her uncle’s suicide. But she doesn’t get long to grieve as she is suddenly attacked by assassins and she has to remember the hellish training given to her by her uncle to get out of this mess.
Kang Bit-na (The Judge from Hell)
Finally, we have the demon who stole our hearts this year. Park Shin-hye has proved why she is known as the queen and why we all love her so much with her role as Kang Bit-na. She has eaten this role and left no crumbs because the aura she holds in this show is truly stunning and will leave you asking for more.
The Judge from Hell follows a demon judge from hell who has been punished to live as a human for a year, with a mission to send 10 irredeemable criminals to hell. However, things take a turn for her when she comes across a peculiar human.
