On November 10 (GMT) at Co-op Live, BLACKPINK’s Lisa took home the awards for “Best Collaboration” and “Biggest Fans” at the 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards, Europe’s biggest music awards ceremony.
Lisa won the prestigious “Best Collaboration” award for her song “New Woman,” a powerful collaboration with Rosalía, which was released in August. Lisa’s win in this category highlights her exceptional talent and her ability to forge impactful partnerships with other global music icons.
Additionally, Lisa received the “Biggest Fans” award, a recognition of the immense support she has garnered from her home country of Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region. This honor emphasizes the deep connection Lisa shares with her loyal fanbase, who have stood by her throughout her solo career.
At the same ceremony, BTS’s Jimin won the “Best K-Pop” award, continuing the group’s success in this category. BTS has now won the award 2 years in a row, following Jungkook’s win in 2021.
LE SSERAFIM won the “Best Push” award. This award is given to the artist who has shown the best performance among those featured in MTV’s artist introduction program, “MTV Push Campaign,” over the past year.
The members of LE SSERAFIM, who also performed at the event, expressed, “It was amazing just to perform in the UK for the first time, and we never imagined we would win an award. We sincerely thank all the fans who have supported our journey. This award is possible because of your continuous support. We want to dedicate this honor to our fans.”
