Famous British Football Club Draws Backlash For ‘Plagiarizing’ BTS’s Logo Slammed

On January 30, 2024, popular professional British football club Birmingham City FC shared a photo on their official X (formerly Twitter) account.

The image includes a logo against a blue background, along with the letters PSH. Birmingham City FC also included the caption “Soon” with the image. The post likely alludes to South Korean football player Paik Seung Ho joining the esteemed football club.

The post immediately drew the attention of many, but not in the best way.

Many were quick to notice that the logo posted by Birmingham City FC looked identical to BTS’s iconic logo, leaving many ARMYs confused and angered. Many have taken to social media to question the football club about their decision, candidly showing off their disappointment in their choice of teaser.
