On October 8, the remix of “Angel Pt. 2,” the main theme for ‘Fast & Furious,’ featuring Jimin, hit the 100 million stream mark on Spotify. This accomplishment adds to Jimin’s growing list of streaming records, making “Angel Pt. 2” the 15th song from his personal discography to achieve this feat.

Jimin’s streaming success is further highlighted by six tracks from his debut solo album, ‘FACE,’ which have each surpassed 100 million streams. This includes the chart-topping collaboration “VIBE” with Taeyang, “With You” from the tvN drama OST, and “Angel Pt. 1,” also part of the ‘Fast & Furious’ soundtrack. Jimin’s earlier solo works, such as “Promise,” which broke records on SoundCloud, “Who,” and “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (Feat. Loco),” have also surpassed 100 million streams.

Despite being the last BTS member to create his personal Spotify profile, Jimin reached the 100 million stream milestone faster than most. According to Forbes, Jimin has a “Midas touch,” with everything he touches turning to gold, a prediction that proved true as he consistently breaks records on the platform.

Jimin’s success extends beyond his personal profile, as he becomes the first K-pop solo artist with a total of 19 tracks surpassing 100 million streams, including fan-favorite songs like “Lie,” “Serendipity,” and “Filter” from BTS albums. This achievement of Jimin with 19 songs on Spotify sets a high bar for other artists.
