In the post, V was seen visiting an open KakaoTalk chatroom created by fans to support him. He greeted fans “How have you all been?” and joked, “Other rooms had passwords that were too complicated, so I came here.”
It appears V was searching for an open chatroom where his fans were gathered. When the fans did not respond right away, he asked, “Aren’t you going to play with me? What have you been up to?“
Some fans doubted if it was really V. To prove it was him, V surprised everyone by sharing a selfie of himself in his military uniform, leaving fans astonished.
In the photo, V’s short hair caught everyone’s attention. Unlike his delicate and boyish appearance before enlisting, he now looked more mature and sturdy, exuding a powerful “manly” aura.

It was later revealed through fan communities that V had taken a short break before the evening roll call to interact with fans, showing his exceptional dedication by spending his precious personal time with them while in the military.

V enlisted last December and is expected to be discharged on June 10th, 2025. Fans are eagerly anticipating his return and future activities with his newfound maturity.
Meanwhile, V was voted first place in the “Idol Who Looks Best in a Military Uniform” special poll held by The Fact and MBC Plus’s “Idol Champ” from June 6th to 20th. He received an overwhelming 14,691 votes to secure the top spot.
