Chef Jung Ji-sun Stuns Audience with Insights into Her Frigid Marriage

In the upcoming episode of KBS2’s “Boss in the Mirror,” Jung Ji-sun opens up about the couple’s separate sleeping arrangements. The show, aimed at creating a more enjoyable workplace for bosses in South Korea, has achieved high ratings, with the last episode reaching a peak viewership of 8.8%, maintaining the top spot across all channels for 127 consecutive weeks.

During the broadcast on Ocotber 3, Jung Ji-sun surprises viewers by stating, “I have been sleeping in a separate room from my husband for 7 years.” This shocking revelation prompts concerns from the studio audience, with some questioning the truth of her claim. She explains, “My husband and I have different sleeping habits, so we started sleeping separately in our fourth year of marriage. Especially after we became parents, it naturally led to us being apart, and now it feels great.”

Her husband further admits, “We don’t communicate well. We talk about work frequently but have personal conversations only once or twice a week.” In response, Lee Soon-sil expresses her frustration, questioning whether they are really a couple given the situation.

Jung Ji-sun’s revelation leads to a change in tone from hosts Jeon Hyun-moo and Park Myung-soo. She shares, “The house, the store, and the car are all in my husband’s name,” prompting Jeon Hyun-moo to remark, “Your husband should reflect on that,” while Park Myung-soo supports Jung Ji-sun, “He shouldn’t be acting like that.”

The studio erupts in further chaos when Jung Ji-sun reveals, “There are still photos of my husband’s ex-girlfriend in our house.” This bombshell leaves the audience stunned, with even Park Myung-soo exclaiming, “This conversation is explosive.”

Viewers can catch the full story of the couple’s separate living situation on “Boss in the Mirror,” which airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM (KST) on KBS2.
