Apart from his heartbreaking post, Choi Woo Shik seemed to be filming a new project overseas.

In one of his posts, the actor shared a series of shots featuring a stunning background in what looks like Australia, based on his caption.

After the 2021 hit K-drama “Our Beloved Summer” together with Kim Da Mi, Choi Woo Shik returns to the small screen with an interesting K-drama.

He will headline the webtoon-based “Murder DIEary” along with Son Seok Koo and Lee Hee Joon.

It depicts the story of an ordinary college student named Lee Tang, played by Choi Woo Shik, who gets caught up in a heated argument with a customer and accidentally kills him.

Little did he know that the person he murdered was a serial killer. This is where he realized that he has the ability to identify bad people.

Due to this, he finds himself as a dark hero who punishes people, but he is being chased by authorities after putting justice in his own hands.

Choi Woo Shik’s new drama is helmed by Lee Chang Hee, the genius behind the hit K-drama “Strangers from Hell,” and is set to premiere sometime in 2024.

Besides his upcoming K-drama, the South Korean hearthrob is busy with his fan meet, which will be in Japan in November.
