Teaser posters featuring the characters Lee Tang (Choi Woo-sik) and Jang Nan-gam (Son Suk-ku) were revealed. The official teaser started with a sudden realization jolting Lee Tang out of his lethargic and mundane daily life. Returning from his part-time job at a convenience store, Lee Tang becomes a victim of indiscriminate assault. In a surprising turn of events, Lee Tang, who has never retaliated before, pulls out a hammer and strikes back. The copy “A person died, I killed a person” hinted at the changes in Lee Tang’s life after his first accidental murder.

The teaser also showcased the intense pursuit of Lee Tang’s murders by Detective Jang Nan-gam. With a bold continuation of murders by Lee Tang, who boldly proceeds as he becomes aware that all the people he killed were “malicious criminals”, the impactful line from Detective Jang Nan-gam “Do you think regular chewing gum and bubble gum are different?” raises expectations for their compelling running fight.

Choi Woo-sik transforms into university student Lee Tang, realizing he has the ability to discern evildoers. His portrayal captures the meticulous process of Lee Tang’s transformation from an ordinary person to a murderer, condemner. Son Suk-ku plays Detective Jang Nan-gam, equipped with excellent intuition and determination, completing the character with his unique touch.
