According to the documents, HYBE planned to use Seungkwan to reassure fans amid the controversies. Additionally, Mingyu’s recent Weverse live stream played a crucial role in managing fan reactions. During the livestream, Mingyu mentioned that fellow member Wonwoo was with him, which helped dispel rumors about Joshua allegedly living with his girlfriend, as it reassured fans that SEVENTEEN members were still residing together.
