On December 25, “Motel California” released a special teaser in celebration of Christmas, drawing attention. The teaser begins with the people of “Hana-eup” holding a party in the lobby of Motel California, bringing a festive vibe. Interestingly, instead of singing Christmas carols, they sing the “Happy Birthday” song. It is then revealed that both Chun-pil and Kang-hee share a birthday on December 25, adding a fun twist. The contrast between Chun-pil’s excitement over the Christmas birthday celebration and Kang-hee’s unenthused reaction brings laughter.

The teaser also highlights the sweet moments of Kang-hee and Yeon-soo as a couple celebrating Christmas. Yeon-soo transforms into an oversized Santa just for Kang-hee, delivering an adorable, heartfelt confession, “Because I like you! I’ve always liked you!” Their romantic moments continue, building anticipation and excitement. The teaser features the couple sitting close together on the same bed, sharing playful affection, which is humorously interrupted by Chun-pil’s over-the-top advice “Daughter, make sure to use contraception~“, adding a comedic element.

“Motel California” will premiere on January 10.

Meanwhile, Na In-woo was recently exempted from military service after waiting for his public service worker assignment.

His agency Hanada Company stated, “After receiving a Level 4 supplementary service classification in his physical examination, he awaited enlistment but did not receive a summons from the Military Manpower Administration within three years, making him eligible for exemption.” However, the agency refrained from commenting on the specific reasons behind his Level 4 classification.
