Lee Min-hyung carefully observes Park Mi-soon during the undercover operation. However, she fails to recognize her as a criminal due to her altered face from plastic surgery. Park Mi-soon is a scammer who pretended to be in a romantic relationship to defraud five men, extorting 450 million won in the guise of a loan.

At this point, Park Mi-soon approaches Cha Jung-woo as her next target. However, Jung-woo immediately recognizes the signs of a botched surgery on her face. Realizing that Min-hyung is watching a wanted poster with her face on it, Mi-soon notices she is being pursued by a detective and attempts to escape. Min-hyung quickly catches on, apprehending Mi-soon to wrap up the case.

Jung-woo’s clinic, the center of the incidents

At KSH Plastic Surgery, where Jung-woo works, various patients visit, giving rise to incidents. One such patient, Nam Hyo-joo (played by Choi Jung-un), arrives with her guardian Nam Ki-taek (played by Park Wan-kyu) seeking reconstructive surgery for burns on her face. Jung-woo explains that the clinic does not perform reconstructive surgeries, prompting Ki-taek to cause a commotion in the lobby, drawing viewers’ attention with heightened tension.

Another story follows Oh Ji-yoon (played by Jang Ha-eun), who wants to alter her face to erase the resemblance to her deceased twin sister. Her mother (played by Seo Young-hee) opposes the surgery and comes to the clinic, but Jung-woo remains firm, prioritizing medical judgment over personal stories.
