A shocking new development has emerged in the ongoing controversy surrounding the late actress Kim Sae-ron.
Kim Sae-ron Whistleblower Brutally Attacked
On May 7, during a press conference in Gangnam, Seoul, Kim Se-eui, CEO of the Garo Sero Research Institute, claimed that a whistleblower who possessed a damning audio recording from Kim Sae-ron was violently attacked in what appears to be an attempted murder.
Present at the conference alongside Kim Se-eui was lawyer Bu Ji-seok, the legal representative for Kim Sae-ron’s bereaved family.
“Just one month before Kim Sae-ron’s tragic suicide, she told a whistleblower in New Jersey, U.S., ‘The people who tormented me the most were Kim Soo-hyun and Lee Jin-ho,’” Kim revealed. He stated that the recording, approximately 90 minutes in length, was made with full consent from Kim Sae-ron on January 10 (Eastern Time) and that it contains highly disturbing content detailing multiple alleged crimes.
In a bombshell allegation, Kim Se-eui claimed, “On April 30 (U.S. time), the whistleblower was ambushed and stabbed nine times in the neck by two assailants—one Korean and one of Chinese descent (ethnic Korean).”
FBI Leads Investigation as Attempted Assassination Suspected in Kim Sae-ron Case
The attack took place in New Jersey just five days after the two suspects entered the U.S. via JFK Airport. Kim Se-eui stated bluntly:
“This was clearly a premeditated attempted assassination.”
Due to the severity and international nature of the crime, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has now taken over the case from local police authorities.
In a startling twist, Kim revealed that investigators discovered a phone call was made to a known associate of Lee Jin-ho immediately before the stabbing occurred — a detail that has since escalated the case into the realm of organized crime and conspiracy.
Garo Sero Research Institute has also submitted a formal request to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, urging them to launch an official investigation into what they describe as an “instigated murder plot.”
Kim Se-eui noted that the press conference was held at the urgent request of the whistleblower’s family, who feared further attacks. While full details were withheld for safety reasons, Kim emphasized that the public needed to be made aware of the scale and gravity of the situation.
