Girl Group BURVEY About to Debut, But Their Average Age is Shocking

BURVEY (composed of members Jooha, Jooa, Yooran, Seoyoon, Youyi) revealed the teaser for their pre-debut single “Clap” through their official SNS channels on November 2.

The teaser showcases the five members with vibrant visuals in a vintage-themed video. They appear roller-skating in a parking lot, styled in retro looks with goggles, hairbands, bandanas and warmers reminiscent of the ’90s.

The teaser also unveils a snippet of “Clap”, featuring BURVEY’s distinctive vocals over a strong beat, raising anticipation for their unique musical style.

BURVEY is produced by Park Sung-ho, a member of the first-generation idol group Goofy, making them the youngest K-pop girl group to date. Even before their debut, they have performed at events like “2024 KCON JAPAN” and “2024 Mega Coffee Concert”, gaining public attention. Additionally, member Youyi’s busking video on YouTube has reached 45 million views, and Jooa has garnered buzz as a model in multiple commercials.

With an average age of 14.5, BURVEY will reinterpret ’90s new jack swing and funk with a modern twist, aiming to deliver performances that resonate across generations. Their unique, lively energy and musical sophistication have already drawn attention.

BURVEY’s pre-debut single “Clap” will be released on various music streaming platforms on November 6 at noon.
