Actress Go Hyun Jung has recently shared her long-lasting appreciation for actress Lee Mi Yeon, calling her the best-looking woman in the industry.

During a recent interview, she confessed, “She’s so pretty, it is annoying.”
When speaking of their relatively long history of the competition, Go Hyun Jung, who herself used to be a Miss Korea, once noted, “I was always second to Shim Eunha.” In that way, she shared that “no matter how hard I try, it seems like I can’t get first place.”
As a passing comment, when asked to consider her opinion on how Lee Mi Yeon looked in the “Knee-Drop Guru” show, Go Hyun Jung said, “I heard that Lee Mi Yeon was going to be in it, so I watched it, but she was so pretty that I thought she shouldn’t be on it.”
When questioned about whether she truly believed her to be the prettiest actress of their generation, Go Hyu Jung assuredly said, “Yes, I think Lee Mi Yeon is pretty.”
The colleagues with whom the two actresses were interviewed also took the questions regarding their college years.
Kim Jeong Nan, of whom the actresses-in-question are fairly good friends above being colleagues, shared that “to be honest, Lee Mi Yeon was more popular” and added that “everyone in college knew Go got in because of her looks, but Lee was so good at acting that Go got jealous.”
Expressing her respect for the actress’s talent, Go Hyun Jung said she “was really good at acting. That’s why I was very jealous.”
Both ladies still seem to have that long-standing bond of mutual respect usually held among people who have tried to outcompete during the intense periods of their lives.
