On January 7th, CL&COMPANY released an official statement addressing the matter, saying, “Recently, baseless rumors about our artist Go Kyung-pyo have been recklessly spread and reproduced on online platforms and social media.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will take strong legal action against malicious slander, the dissemination of false information and its reckless reproduction.” The agency emphasized, “Following this notice, any illegal activities will be met with strict legal action without any settlement or leniency. We will continue to work diligently to protect the rights of our artists and the fans who cheer for them.”

Besides, on the afternoon of January 7th, Go Kyung-pyo posted a photo through his SNS Story, writing, “Don’t worry. I’m not that crazy. Let’s see what happens to these lunatics.”
