On October 16, Han Ga-in conducted a live broadcast titled “[First Ever] Han Ga-in Meokbang – Scorched Rice with 5 Different Types of Kimchi” on her YouTube channel “Han Ga-in Is Free.”
During the broadcast, a viewer who was curious about Han Ga-in and her husband Yeon Jung-hoon’s love story, asked when their first kiss happened.
In response, Han Ga-in said, “I think it was about 2-3 weeks after we started dating,” adding, “Honestly, I don’t remember it well, but I only recall that it happened in a car.” She then said, “I’ll refrain from commenting on our last kiss.”
When asked, “Would you accept a random face change for 10 billion won (approx 7.2 million USD)?”, she coolly replied, “Of course I would. It’s 10 billion won. What does it matter what I end up looking like? I’m getting 10 billion.”
Han Ga-in, who claims not to pursue external beauty so much, nevertheless admitted, “I went to the beauty shop before the broadcast,” causing the production team to burst into laughter.
Regarding comments requesting her to meet with Kim Dong-jun, who resembles her, she said, “It seems quite a few people want to see us together. A friend of mine who knows Dong-jun says he looks a lot like my son. They say he resembles Dong-jun more than my husband, so it might be fun to see us together.”
In response to a question about which parent she resembles, Han Ga-in said, “My mom’s side is more exotic. But I think I resemble both my mom and dad.”
In 2005, Han Ga-in married actor Yeon Jung-hoon. Together, they have a son and a daughter.
