The 800th special episode of Golden Bell Challenge featured Hallym Arts High School, famous for producing idols like TWICE, NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, ITZY, and ASTRO, which naturally attracted a lot of interest.
One big reason this episode gained attention was that it featured pre-debut Cha Eun-woo, known then by his real name, Lee Dong-min, promoting his soon-to-debut group, ASTRO. His stunning visuals caught viewers’ eyes, but another person who stood out was Park Yoo-na, who sat right beside him.
Park Yoo-na, who was a high school student then, attracted attention with her striking visuals as she sat next to Cha Eun-woo. At that time, she was a trainee aiming to debut as the main dancer of a girl group. Later, in an appearance after her debut, she mentioned that Cha Eun-woo was already known as a “handsome trainee” back in their school days.
Though many expected Park Yoo-na to debut as an idol, she instead debuted as an actress on KBS2’s Cheer Up! and began her acting career. She has since built a diverse filmography, taking on main and supporting roles in dramas like Stranger, Love Playlist, My ID is Gangnam Beauty, SKY Castle, and Hotel Del Luna.
Seeing the high school visuals of Cha Eun-woo and Park Yoo-na side by side, it seems that some people are destined for stardom from an early age!
