Group NewJeans sent a content certification to their agency, Ador, stating, “If the demands for correction are not accepted, we will terminate the exclusive contract.” In response, Ador has issued a statement.
On the 14th, Adore announced, “Regarding the content certification, we received it this morning and are currently reviewing it. We are understanding the specific requests and will do our best to resolve this wisely, so we can continue working with the artists.”
The agency continued, “Additionally, regarding inquiries about a certain listed company, including questions about whether any NewJeans members’ relatives are involved or whether Director Min Heejin met with the company, we would like to clarify that Director Min has once again stated that these claims are ‘groundless.'”
Previously, on the 13th, NewJeans members sent the content certification to Ador under their real names. The members demanded, “Correct all significant violations of the exclusive contract within 14 days of receiving this letter.”
The certificate of contents sent by NewJeans included demands for an apology regarding a comment made by a manager toward Hanni, which was described as “disrespectful,” and the return of Min Heejin, the former head of Ador.
