Kim Jong-kook confessed, “I’m confident in singing and working out, but my only weakness is computers.” He admitted that he has never properly learned how to use a computer. Recognizing the need to learn, Kim Jong-kook sought help from computer expert Kim Hee-chul, and the two visited a PC café together. Kim Jong-kook was astonished by the modern PC café culture, and he didn’t even know how to turn on a computer, leaving Kim Hee-chul shocked. Kim Jong-kook’s mother, who was watching from the studio, was reportedly embarrassed by her son’s lack of tech skills, saying, “It’s really humiliating.”
Despite his usual confidence when working out, Kim Jong-kook appeared timid in front of the computer. He showed off his “hunt-and-peck” typing style, using only two index fingers, and surprised everyone with his unique typing method. While teaching him how to do online shopping, Kim Hee-chul was stunned by an unexpected revelation—Kim Jong-kook had never purchased anything online before! Kim Jong-kook explained “I still have basic household items left from my housewarming party four years ago, so I haven’t had a reason to shop”, which caused a commotion in the studio.
In an effort to help Kim Jong-kook improve his computer skills, Kim Hee-chul gave him a special mission. Kim Jong-kook, visibly unsure about the mission, hesitated, while MC Seo Jang-hoon also voiced concern, asking, “Can Kim Jong-kook really do this?” Viewers are now curious to find out what mission left Kim Jong-kook flustered.
The episode airs on Sunday, October 20 at 9:05 PM on SBS’s “My Little Old Boy”.
