Fans of the actress Jin Seo Yeon were left worried after she posted a vague caption stating that she was lonely and feeling like an outsider.The post has been deleted since.
Jin posted on Nov. 5, discussing social etiquette and the need to be present with others.
Jin wrote: “While sitting in front of each other, looking at your phone is vulgar, rude, empty, and lonely. Today, I resolved to never take my phone out in front of another person again. It’s another way of saying that I will give my full attention to you.”

Many fans commented on the post almost immediately, with some voicing concerns about her health. Her agency then reportedly contacted her to ensure that she was okay.
The next day, however, Jin posted a clarification stating that fans need not worry.
“Nothing has happened. I am very happy. I’m doing a digital detox. Even my agency was in panic mode and called me,” she wrote, apparently referring to her previous post about taking a break from phone calls and remaining attentive to the people nearby.
The actress, who made her debut back in 2007 and was shot to fame in movies like the 2018 film Believer, is still widely known as one of South Korea’s biggest stars.
Once more, her plucky social media musings have called attention to the effects of digital behaviors on analog bonds.
