The Tale of Lady Ok drops Kim Jae Won and Yeonwoo‘s stills.
The Tale of Lady Ok tells the story of Ok Tae Young (Im Ji Yeon), a woman whose name, status, and husband are all fake, and Cheon Seung Hwi (Choo Young Woo), a storyteller who risked his life to protect her.
In the K-drama, Kim Jae Won plays Sung Do Gyeom, Ok Tae Yeong’s brother-in-law, and Yeonwoo plays Cha Mi Ryeong, a woman who sees Ok Tae Young as her role model.
Sung Do Gyeom has always sincerely respected and admired his sister-in-law Ok Tae Young since childhood. He worked hard to become Ok Tae Young’s pride and returned home in glory after passing the civil service exam. Thanks to this, he has become a remarkable young man that everyone in the neighborhood envies.
Then there is Cha Mi Ryeong, a woman learning under Ok Tae Young. She is warm, kind-hearted, confident, cannot overlook injustice, follows Ok Tae Young, and is passionate about becoming like her. However, Cha Mi Ryeong harbors a secret that no one knows about.
In the stills, Sung Do Gyeom exudes the aura of a perfect nobleman’s son with his dignified and upright demeanor, while Cha Mi Ryeong, dressed in a bright hanbok, appears simple yet beautiful.
Curiosity grows as to how their tales will intertwine with the dangerous con game involving the fake Ok Tae Young and Cheon Seung Hwi.
