On August 7th, Kim Sae-ron shared pictures that featured her alongside fellow actors from Netflix’s “Bloodhounds” and the drama “Kiss Sixth Sense”.
In one of the photos, where Kim Sae-ron sports a bold short haircut, she is seen posing with “Bloodhounds” actors Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi, who are standing on either side of her.
It’s worth noting that after her DUI controversy, Kim Sae-ron’s screen time in “Bloodhounds” was reportedly cut by about half.
Another photo shows actor Lee Jae-wook, who starred alongside her in “Kiss Sixth Sense”.
In the picture, Lee Jae-wook is focused on a monitor, while Kim Sae-ron looks at him.
Kim Sae-ron made a special appearance in episode 9 of “Kiss Sixth Sense” (2022), playing the role of the leading actress in a film directed by Lee Pil-yo (Kim Ji-seok), and shared a kiss scene with Lee Jae-wook.
The final photo she shared shows her holding a book and looking back over her shoulder.
Meanwhile, in May 2022, Kim Sae-ron was involved in a DUI incident at an intersection in Gangnam, Seoul. After causing the accident, she fled the scene without taking any measures.
A blood test later revealed her blood alcohol concentration to be around 0.2%, which is high enough to warrant license revocation. She was fined 20 million won as a result.
Kim Sae-ron attempted to return to acting in April with the play “Dongchimi”, but she eventually withdrew from the project due to overwhelming public criticism and health issues.
Currently, Kim Sae-ron is reported to be working as a manager at a café in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
