Recently, the cover for the 2024 Hanbok Wave Project pictorial, featuring Kim Tae-ri in collaboration with Marie Claire Korea, was unveiled. Following her portrayal of yet another iconic character in tvN’s weekend drama “Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born“, Kim Tae-ri showcased a mesmerizing and captivating aura.
This is part of the “Hanbok-Related Hallyu Collaborative Content Planning and Development Project”, aiming to promote the beauty of hanbok globally. Kim Tae-ri not only modeled for the project but also actively participated in the design and development process.
In the pictorial, Kim Tae-ri embodies the charm of sophisticated hanbok, creating a mysterious mood. The harmony of her presence with traditional Korean backdrops evokes the imagery of a delicate ink wash painting.
The hanbok pictorial will captivate global audiences, being displayed on the billboards of Broadway in Times Square, New York and the Stade Jean-Bouin in Paris, France on December 24.
The full pictorial and interview with Kim Tae-ri can be found in Marie Claire Korea.
