Kyungjun to Leave THE NEW SIX, Enlist For Military Service — See P NATION’s Announcement Here

P NATION has released an update regarding Kyungjun’s military service and future with THE NEW SIX.

According to the agency’s statement on October 23, the company shared in Korean and English that Kyungjun has decided to enlist in the military.

Aside from his military service, the idol will now conclude his activities with THE NEW SIX and leave the group permanently.

After thorough discussions, P NATION and Kyungjun agreed to terminate the latter’s exclusive contract with the company. “As of October 23rd, 2024, Kyungjun will be departing from THE NEW SIX,” P NATION shared.

The agency also shared that THE NEW SIX’s current members, Taehun, Hyunsoo, Junhyeok, Hwi, and Sungjun have “reaffirmed their solidarity” with the group in a deliberation.

P NATION also thanked fans for their “unwavering love” for THE NEW SIX. It also asked for everyone’s support and encouragement for THE NEW SIX’s new beginnings as a five-membered group.’

THE NEW SIX, also known as TNX, was formed on the reality survival show “LOUD.” The boy group debuted with the first-ever mini album “Way Up” and its title track “Move.”

The group has released tracks such as “Love or Die,” “I Need U,” “Kick It 4 Now,” and “Fuego.” THE NEW SIX competed on the survival show “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace.”
