LE SSERAFIM is set to perform at the much-anticipated 2024 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs)!

On Friday, September 6, MTV revealed through social media that the 4th-generation K-pop girl group will take this year’s VMA Pre-Show stage, which is scheduled before the main ceremony.

On top of their forthcoming performance, attention is also focused on the group as they are nominated for the Push Performance of the Year award with their hit track “EASY.” This marks their first-ever VMA nomination since their debut in May 2022.

The 2024 MTV VMAs pre-show, which will feature LE SSERAFIM, will be held at the UBS Arena in New York at 6:30 PM on September 11 (7:30 AM on September 12 KST), and even the MTV staff seems ecstatic about the girl group’s performance!

Sadly, despite FEARNOTs’ (LE SSERAFIM fandom) excitement for the K-pop group’s upcoming VMA performance, anti-fans rallied on various social platforms to deride the idols. A plethora of netizens also voiced their reservations regarding LE SSERAFIM’s live performance skills, following their Coachella fiasco in April.

These were how some of the anti-fans reacted to the announcement:

Fortunately, FEARNOTs proved their undying support for LE SSERAFIM. Amid the criticism, fans were quick to counterattack and pour out their love for their favorite girl group.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM unveiled their 4th mini-album “CRAZY,” alongside the title song of the same name, on September 4. The group also collaborated with the singer-songwriter PinkPantheress, causing excitement among fans.

With their latest release, they are expected to perform not just their previous hits but also the songs under their new album.
