Recently, BLACKPINK’s Lisa returned to her home nation, Thailand, to perform at the “Amazing Thailand Countdown” festival held at ICONSIAM. Lisa’s rumored boyfriend, Frédéric Arnault, also appeared at the event, reportedly to show his support and even arriving early to meet Lisa’s parents.
Following the aforementioned event, Lisa was spotted at the famous shopping mall Siam Paragon in Bangkok, with fan-taken images spreading all over the net.
However, despite the female idol not visiting the mall with her alleged lover, there were false rumors of this nature being published.
Such rumors originated from a video showing Lisa walking around the mall, with the angle seeming to be taken from a CCTV camera. This prompted concerns that the CCTV footage of the mall was leaked to spread lies about Lisa’s private life.
As a result, fans of Lisa have been slamming Siam Paragon for their improper security measures.
“There is a video of Lisa circulating online that appears to be from one of the cameras in your mall, that is spreading lies about her private life. How is it possible for someone to access it without a valid reason? Where is the respect for privacy? Please fire whoever manages the CCTV”, a huge fan account wrote in a post that has surpassed 15 thousand views.
The suspected CCTV footage has since been deleted, but Siam Paragon hasn’t issued any response.
