Channel S’s original variety show “Map to Go Back” will air its 130th episode on October 17 at 9:20 PM.
This episode, themed “Enjoying 5-Star Hotels on a Budget”, features Lee Chaeyeon as a guest alongside Kim Shinyoung, travel creator Life is Travel and others as they compete in a travel battle.
During the episode, Lee Chaeyeon confesses that she has never been on a private overseas trip, surprising everyone. She adds, “My mom once said, ‘When will I ever travel abroad with my daughters?’ It’s my dream to go on a trip with my parents.” Her filial devotion impresses Kim Shinyoung. However, Lee Chaeyeon also reveals her family’s strict rule: clear financial transactions within the family. She states, “Mom taught us that even within the family, money matters must be handled properly. I even have to write an IOU when dealing with my sister Chaeryeong.” She goes on to say “I’ve actually written an IOU with my mom before“, leaving everyone astonished. Lee Seokhoon praises her for her clear financial sense, calling it an example of the MZ generation’s values.
