Lee Young-ji Announced as New MC for ‘The Seasons,’ Taking Over from Zico

On the afternoon of September 6, KBS 2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Zico’s Artist’ concluded its broadcast with a grand finale.

After the final recording, Zico expressed his thoughts, saying, “I pondered on how to truly convey my feelings, and I believe there’s no more sincere way to express my heart than through a letter.” He then read a letter he had written himself.

Zico remarked, “‘Zico’s Artist’ ends today. I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions. Since achieving my goal of becoming a singer, I have earnestly wished to sing here. It has been an honor to become the host in a place where everyone’s dreams have come true and to share precious moments with valuable artists.”

He continued, “For me, ‘The Seasons’ was not just a season passing by naturally. It was seventeen precious dream stages where I experienced the warmth of spring, the intense heat of summer, the soothing comfort of autumn, and the longing at the end of winter. I am truly grateful to the production team for welcoming me as a family and showing the world the human side of me, not just as a singer. Thanks also to the fans and viewers who have continuously supported me. I love you all. Let’s meet again someday for sure.”
