Min Hee Jin Reveals Shocking Incident of Being Followed and Threatened: “I Was Stalked by a Car”

In a startling revelation, Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, recently shared a frightening encounter where she was followed by a car and faced a serious threat. Speaking on School of Music, Min Hee Jin recounted the unnerving experience in detail.

Not long ago, I realized I was being followed,” she said. “The taxi driver informed me about it. There was a car tailing us persistently, refusing to stop. I tried taking an unusual route that would make it harder to follow, but they kept up.”

Min Hee Jin explained that despite her efforts to lose the car, it followed her all the way to her home. “The driver told me that the car had been trailing us right up to my house. I didn’t get out at my destination but instead asked to be dropped off elsewhere.”

The situation escalated when Min Hee Jin had to confront the individual following her. “The driver even pointed out the make of the car,” she added. “The person actually got out of their vehicle, so I confronted them, yelling, ‘Hey!’ before immediately calling the police. They were arrested shortly after.”

Min Hee Jin also revealed that she had received death threats. However, she remains resolute, saying, “I don’t think I’ll have to die just yet.”

Meanwhile, on the 29th, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 50, presided over by Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon, dismissed former CEO Min Hee Jin’s request for an injunction concerning her reappointment as CEO of ADOR against HYBE. Min sought reinstatement during an upcoming ADOR board meeting, but the court ruled that the application was “invalid due to a lack of interest.”

Following the ruling, Min’s legal representative, the law firm Sejong, asserted that “the court did not make a judgment regarding the validity of the shareholders’ agreement” and maintained that “the shareholders’ agreement between HYBE and Min Hee Jin remains valid.”

Min’s team also indicated, “If HYBE and the ADOR directors appointed by HYBE fail to reappoint Min as CEO in violation of the shareholders’ agreement, we will actively consider exercising our rights arising from HYBE’s breach.”

This suggests the possibility of legal action against HYBE regarding the shareholders’ agreement, indicating that the uneasy coexistence between Min Hee Jin, an in-house director at ADOR, and HYBE is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
