Singer-actress IU has done it again. In the latest episodes of the Netflix series When Life Gives You Tangerines, she captivated viewers with her seamless portrayal of raw, contrasting emotions oscillating between sweetness and inner strength.
On March 24, IU’s performance as Geum-myeong drew praise for its emotional depth and subtle expression. More than a simple romantic heroine, Geum-myeong evolved into a complex character torn between love, family and self-worth and IU brought her to life with masterful nuance.
In the third arc of the story, IU shined in both delicate and intense scenes.
