Squid Game Season 2 star Park Sung-hoon is stealing hearts as he plays the role of Cho Hyeon-ju, aka player No. 120, who comes with a back story that is melting our hearts. Playing the role of a former special forces officer who is a transgender woman, Cho Hyeon-ju faces many stereotypes throughout the show, however, she shines through it all and inspires the other players throughout the games. And Park Sung-hoon does justice to her character in a way that only he can pull off.
Directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk, the show stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-joon, Gong Yoo, Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, and other cast members. The plot follows Seong Gi-hun, a.k.a Player 456, who reenters the games but this time with a mission, to save as many lives as possible and put an end to this atrocity. Park Sung-hoon once again plays a negative role that will push you to the edge as he once again brings his magic to the screen in ways that will capture you but will also creep you out.
Not Others
Playing a role different from his villainous ones, Park Sun-hoon charms the audience as Eun Jae-won; showing off his bickering relationship with the younger female lead. This show is entertaining for sure, but the love-hate relationship he shows off with his co-star is eye-catching and he holds your attention through his portrayal of his character.

Detective Park Sang-yoon has to be one of the hottest cops of 2023 and all for the right reasons. The actor truly captivates us with this role as he turns into a cop who does the right thing despite the pressure coming from the higher-ups. He’s the role model of justice and the actor shows off every bit of his character to the fullest.
Into the Ring
Next, is the role of an elite civil servant Seo Gong-myung who does what is right, but his cold demeanor and unapproachable personality leave him with more enemies than friends. Once again, the actor embodies this character to the fullest and brings about a person who is on point and has you asking for more. He beautifully brings out the emotional conflict faced by his character while showing off the unique charm that the character holds.
Psychopath Diary
Seo In-woo has to be one of the most confused psychopaths out there when his actions are taken over by someone else. This show is truly an entertainer as our real psychopath crosses paths with the fake psychopath and brings about confusion that is worth our time. Park Sung-hoon works his magic once again and brings about the perfect performance that we all love watching.
The Glory
Finally, we have the role that had us boiling with anger- Jeong Jae-joon. The bully who pushed our beloved female character to the depths of hell really knew how to push our buttons and seeing him later begging for his daughter he didn’t know existed was a satisfaction for every viewer. This role has been one of Park Sung-hoon’s best yet and we cannot stop talking about the craziness he brought out through his character.
