Although the film is R-rated, viewers already have some criticisms regarding the drama’s excessive nudity. The most notable scenes are related to the performance of actress Jeong Yu-Mi, which are included in the 4th episode of the series.
Jeong Yu-mi was topless and semi-nude in a sex scene with another woman lasting 114 seconds.

On the other hand, a scene in which Ji Chang-Wook seduces maids numerous times is 203 seconds long.
Leave it on Ji Chang Wook to make the kiss look like the hottest thing on earth, his kiss scenes are like guilty pleasures 🙃🔥 they really used the 19+ tag well & no I’m not talking abt this scene only 🙃#QueenWoo #JiChangWook #JeonJeongSeo pic.twitter.com/AjUn3nmKZP

The drama’s director, Ben Ree, assured viewers that these scenes would strengthen the story. Jeong Yu Mi also speaks on this issue during a press conference.
“I felt burdened at the nudity at first, but now I believe that these scenes were necessary to maintain tension. I was also very excited to film it,” she said.
At the end of the drama, it was revealed in the credits that Jung Yu-mi’s character, Woo Soon, had a body double. This caused a lot of responses online. Some viewers liked how honest she was, while others didn’t see the point of such explicit material.
