While their anger toward their fathers is quite visible, they cannot help feeling warm due to the care shown by them. The next day, Moo-jin speaks of this with Ae-yeon who compliments him for doing the right thing.

Mi-rae assures him about the same, and later even shows it by talking back to people who badmouth her behind her back at work.

Mi-rae stands up for herself with confidence and doesn’t hide away upon listening to the words being said about her. Meanwhile, Ae-yeon and Moo-jin overhear the tenants at the villa who talk about them possibly living together soon. Romance in the House Episode 12 Review

The final episode is here and we have received a happy and satisfying ending to the Kdrama that brought laughs, sentiments, and mystery beautifully. The episode brings a unique ending where a family finds their love grows for each other, and also for themselves as they live their lives for themselves.

The show has brought about a unique perspective on the way people can find happiness, with one of them being prioritising themselves. The four individuals in the family are still a family even when they are living apart and there is no harm in being this way. They have discovered a new side of themselves, and this has only brought them closer than ever as they let go of the duties that they are supposed to fulfil for the family.

Meanwhile, I have liked the way Mi-rae’s situation has been handled, which is again different from the common route usually taken. She can stand up for herself with some support from her team and she has done this flawlessly. Even Tae-pyeong’s decision to do what he loves is commendable, once again emphasising on individual happiness, rather than doing what you are expected to do.

Altogether, this Kdrama has brought a unique perspective with the many individuals we have seen through the 12 episodes, making it a must-watch for sure.
