Recently, the fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar uploaded a video on its YouTube channel titled, “*First Look* Song Joong-ki and Lee Hee-jun’s Inside Bag Reveal”.
In the video, Song Joong-ki and Lee Hee Joon, who are co-stars in the movie “Bogota: City of the Lost,” which premiered on December 31, opened their everyday bags.
Song Joong-ki first pulled out a red bean-flavored candy and shared that it’s his “absolute favorite”, adding, “There’s a friend who does Chun Woo-Hee’s hair and I once tried their candy. It’s red bean flavored and it was so good that I’ve been eating it on set ever since.”
According to the actor, actress Chun Woo-hee bought him a bunch of the candy after learning about this, so he has been consistently enjoying them on set.
Later on, when Lee Hee-jun introduced his items like AirPods, a book, and a massage ball, Song Joong-ki said, “I have something similar,” and brought out a gua sha tool (a small, smooth-edged tool used to firmly stroke the skin in one direction, often used in a traditional Chinese medicine technique called ‘gua sha’).
Song Joong-ki explained that he didn’t know much about gua sha before, but learned about it via actress Kim Ji-won, who is in the same agency with him. He then tried to use the tool and became hooked as he really enjoyed its benefits.
“In the morning, when I wake up, I use it around my nose and forehead and it really helps me feel refreshed”, the actor added.
He then showed his drama script, supplements, and a sheet mask, explaining that he sometimes uses the mask pack while waiting in the car.
Observing Song Joong-ki, Lee Hee Joon commented, “Joong-ki doesn’t have pores”, to which the former laughed and replied, “No way, I’m aging a lot now”.
He then added that he’s old enough and so has been paying attention to skincare items like sunscreen and sunblock.
