In the last episode of The Divorce Insurance, the allegations against the task force are removed after the team bands together to get to the bottom of the mess. Han-deul’s suspension is also removed, but Na-rae seems to have gotten the axe because of it. The last scene showcases Ki-jun and Han-deul going against one another over a case.

The Divorce Insurance Episode 10 Recap

The episode starts with Ki-jun and Ah-young going to Yeo-reum’s house to talk about her divorce insurance plan. After discussing the background of their marriage, Seon-man and Yeo-reum discuss the terms of the insurance with Ki-jun and Han-deul separately. The details of their marriage cause tension in the office, but Dae-bok reminds them of everything that is important and asks the team to give the couple the time to decide what to do next.

Later, Ki-jun meets Seon-man at his office to discuss the divorce and opens up about his own experiences. Seon-man tells him that they are simply too different to live a happy life, and it’s best if they get divorced. Meanwhile, Yeo-reum opens up about her struggles to have a baby and how the world of social media comforted her in her time of crisis. She blames divorce insurance for pushing her husband to seek a dissolution of their marriage, and Han-deul asks her to give Seon-man time to reflect on his decision.

As Han-deul and Ki-jun go home, Jeon-man prepares to have dinner with Na-rae at home and spend a rather sweet time together. Elsewhere, Dae-bok finds himself alone, with his wife and son disinterested in maintaining a relationship with him. That night, Ki-jun and Han-deul spend some time at the playground, coming to terms with the complications of this new case.

The next morning, Han-deul brings up the courage to go to her family gathering thanks to Ki-jun’s encouraging words, but just as she’s about to ask him for something, he gets a surprising call — the couple have decided to try therapy before making any rash decisions! Everyone is left extremely happy at the turn of events. As the couple decides to spend a day together without their phones and get to know each other, it ends disastrously. However, Ki-jun and Han-deul try their hardest to help the couple.

Meanwhile, Na-rae gets an appointment with the president and is reinstated to the team until launch. Everyone is left ecstatic, and that night, Jeon-man and Na-rae go out on a date and have a great time playing arcade games. On the other hand, Han-deul goes to her family gathering after gathering a lot of courage and with Ki-jun’s support. Once inside, she tells everyone about her divorce and the reason behind it. It leaves everyone shocked, and then she walks out after giving everyone the divorce insurance pamphlet. Su-in attempts to harass her, but is left embarrassed in the end.

Outside, an ecstatic Han-deul runs to Ki-jun to celebrate, and, after a rather long pause, the two finally kiss each other after not being able to ignore their feelings for one another any longer.

The Divorce Insurance Episode 10 Review

Well, well, what an interesting and entertaining episode. I loved the conflict in this episode, and it’s quite relatable not only to Han-deul and Ki-jun but for viewers as well. And, of course, the kiss in the end is the icing on the cake. All in all, it’s a warm, gooey and relatable episode that will leave you hooked till the end! After the rather sad “conflict” in the last episode, this one was quite fun.
