HYBE’s claims, which began with an illegal audit, are entirely fabricated and fictional.
HYBE widely publicized the audit as starting on “April 22,” but the audit inquiry HYBE sent on the 22nd was filled with absurd content and low-quality questions based on illegally obtained personal information. Shockingly, this means that, even “before” the official audit, they had already viewed and illegally acquired personal information without permission to create these questions. How can anyone access another person’s personal information without consent before an audit even begins? This is nothing short of chilling.
Why would they conduct such an illegal audit so suddenly? I believe it was a petty retaliation by HYBE, especially by Chairman Bang Sihyuk, former CEO Park Jiwon, and BELIFT LAB CEO Kim Taeho, for my direct criticism of their various issues and wrongdoings in front of all of HYBE’s executives and board members. This targeted audit seems like a malicious payback for those confrontations.
The reason I have continued this long, grueling fight at my own personal expense for months is, first, because neither I nor NewJeans deserve to be scapegoated by HYBE’s irrational and malicious retaliation. Second, I hope that by exposing the atrocities and wrongdoing HYBE has committed, this corrupt organization will be reformed.
I hope that we can finally live in a society where money and power can no longer cover up such evil deeds.
